Spoke with Mr. Carter that morning to get a nice plant delivered to my friend recovering from surgery and it was delivered in a matter of 2 hours. On time, Beautiful plant, cost effective, and the service, Mr. Carter ROCKS! Thanks Jonathan

I received a dozen roses and within 2 days they were dropping petals. When I called to explain the situation I was told that it was my fault for not changing the water when I received the flowers. I explained that I was not a florist and there were no instructions to change the water. I was told that they never send instructions. When I said that I would not be buying flowers from Carters in the future, I was told that I'd never bought them there before and hung up on me. I receive roses and balloons every year for my birthday from Mr. Carter's shop. The roses are always full and pretty, and long lasting. The customer service is always great and the delivery people are friendly as well. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I get Flowers and balloons from Mr Carter's shop on a weekly basis for my wife. We have found the flowers to be very good quality and Great customer service.
