Great place, honestly. The staff are so friendly, and the prices are so cheap. This place is free for anyone under the age of 18 and free for all buzz cuts. Perms only come in at $10, with a fade being even cheaper. I'm definitely coming back to this place in the future
The customer service that was provided at Carter's Cuts was extremely poor. I turned up and I was told to stick my order up my private parts. The old lady that opened the door definitely did not look like her name was carter and then she chased me around the yard with a pitch fork. It was extremely traumatic and I will be contacting my lawyer to sue for assault
