Thanks to Carters Custom Cuts. Wayne and his crew did a great job on our front porch by wrapping our wood posts with pvc wood grain boards, replacing our wood railing and adding a hand rail coming down the steps. No more painting needed. They also made sure everything was cleaned up and hauled away the old material.

Why did I think any contractor could have 5 stars!!!?? I’m an old woman, bad knees and a touch of vertigo etc. There were 2 steps coming to porch: too steep for comfy for safety. Contacted Wayne at this company, put in text “are we on same page 3 steps “ please. He changed me $1500 and I ended up with 2 steps which of course are just as steep as the 2 that were there. No success in talking to him. If I could find him would take to court but his listed address is the Massillon post office, not a box number, but the 333 rt 241... read more

They did an excellent job installing a custom hand rail on my outside steps. My steps are unevenly spaced which Wayne and his team did an amazing job at shaping the railing to fit to my steps.

Wayne did a great job with our front walk railing. It was a weird slope that that needed a railing and Wayne came up with something that looks like an original part of our home. He was also quick to respond and got our small project finished fast!
