Thank you so much to Carter Collison and their team. They did an outstanding job on repairing our Ram truck. The staff was very helpful and professional. Was completed in a timely manner. Very, very pleased!
While they do good work the professionalism here is lacking. Customer service goes a long way and despite being a customer for years I will never bring a vehicle back for any type of work. The "office staff" could learn a thing or two about being polite and allowing a customer to voice concerns instead of being defensive and argumentative and not allowing a word in edge wise.
