I’ve worked for multiple home health agencies and Carter’s is by far the best. I feel so appreciated and respected as an employee here.

My son’s 25 yro and has been receiving in-home nursing since about 8’yro. He has multiple special and complex medical needs. His care involves managing a ventilator, deep suctioning, trach care, and catheter care. He’s got severe HIE, quadriplegia CP, gj-tube fed, Dysautonaumis with storming episodes, epilepsy, is completely reliant on others for everything, can’t speak eat or drink, and is bed/wheelchair bound. An awesome company to work for. You won’t be disappointed.
I joined the team about 5 months ago as a LPN, and it was the best choice! They really are hands on, communication is great, management is wonderful, and they always make sure you as an employee are doing well. As a newer Nurse working for them allowed me to gain some skills I wouldn’t have received working anywhere else. I am completely happy with them.
