We live in the Village and try to use local business as much as we can. They are open till 5:30 and we had a tire go flat on our utility trailer and need a quick fix. So we went to Carters up the block. We were there at 4:30 and not one car in the shop, and there was a man at the counter and one technician there. I asked for an estimate on a new starter, they did a full diagnostic test without my permission then charged me $40.00 for the time. They are not honest or forthcoming with their estimates or work. BEWARE !
