I recieved poor customer service when the employee was not thorough enough to be sure she got all of my items purchased despite the ticket clearly stating I had a mail order as well as an item they already had in stock at the store. She proceeded to tell me "Well if you had told me you had 2 orders, I would have looked." This comment was made in nothing less than a rude, disrespectful manner based on the tone. Very poor customer service. I have never before had to ask other employees at Carter's to be efficient at their job.... read more

Ridiculously terrible “return” policy. Took a bag of clothes we got for Christmas presents to just ask for store credit and was told I had to spend all the store credit right then & there?! What the heck, who does that? This is the only store I have ever heard of such a thing. The whole reason I’m returning these was Bc we had too many of 3months my son outgrew. Now I’m expected to spend all the store credit at once for a different size and just hope it fits for the season?! UNREAL. won’t be shopping Carter’s again
