Customer service awful
Amazing customer service. This store has really cute kids bathing suits. They also had swim shoes. We ended up getting some of the mini Birkenstocks 10/10
Terrible customer service, i came in and asked an employee for help and she looked at me disgusted and rolled her eyes. I overheard one of the other employees mention she was the store manager and her name is Lindsay. Such a disrespectful person and all top of that she was the store manager that’s is honestly embarrassing to have someone like that working in retail.
First time when I went to the shop to look for my baby's shoes. Nobody greeted or talked to me. I didn't know who were customers shopping and who were staffs. Second time I went there again and bought sandals. I tried on many times for her feet (spent 30 half an hour)so I pick something she can wear. A staff talked to me and tried to help out which was nice. Unfortunately I had to return the sandals because the baby couldn't walk with them.
