Terrible customer service, i came in and asked an employee for help and she looked at me disgusted and rolled her eyes. I overheard one of the other employees mention she was the store manager and her name is Lindsay. Such a disrespectful person and all top of that she was the store manager that’s is honestly embarrassing to have someone like that working in retail.
First time when I went to the shop to look for my baby's shoes. Nobody greeted or talked to me. I didn't know who were customers shopping and who were staffs. Second time I went there again and bought sandals. I tried on many times for her feet (spent 30 half an hour)so I pick something she can wear. A staff talked to me and tried to help out which was nice. Unfortunately I had to return the sandals because the baby couldn't walk with them. I'm looking for a couple of baby clothes for a gift in the last few days. I found out that Carter’s has the best selection at a reasonable price. The workers here are attentive and friendly. They offer assistance and give me time to look for what I want without pressure. I love my shopping experience here. The store is well lit and very clean. This is the 2nd time I’ve gone into this location and had received no customer service… or poor customer service. The worker sees me walking towards her at the register and she stills turns away from me when I get there. I went to exchange an item for a bigger size. She said they don’t have the item in stock for an exchange but will order for me online. And that was it. No “Thank you” or “have a good day”.
