Outstanding customer service! Called today at 10am and again at 10:10am both times spoke to the same AMAZING employee who then contacted another store for me and had them hold the item I wanted. Really went above and beyond to help me. I appreciate that!!
Worst pick up/online order experience I’ve had. Took three weeks, going in store multiple times and calling customer service twice to have them find my order that was suppose to be ship to store/pick up. I’ve been patient and forgiving through the process, trusted they’d sort it out but upon picking up some items were missing! I was told the employees would call customer service to correct it but didn’t hear back..had to call again myself to get it sorted out.
