A fairly nice store in a chaotic parking lot. The selection is good, sales are standard for this national brand, and there is a small selection of toys. I would suggest parking close to the doorway, especially if you have a stroller or children with you. The staff proved to be helpful. No complaints. The outfits I purchased were very cute and the staff made sure that my account was credited properly for future "points".
If I had read the comments, I would not have shopped in this store The laddies are so rude and not uncooperative. I bought an item for my baby, and I kept the receipt and the tag price, but unfortunately, it didn't fit him After 3 days (today), I gave the lady the item with the receipt, and she told me sorry I can't because you took the price tag off. Currently parked outside, it's 10:22am. Got out, wonderful lady inside looked at me, then looked away, doors locked. Merry Christmas.
Customer service was not the best but I did like that they have a small table with crayons and artwork for kids to enjoy themselves while the parents shop. Next time I'll shop at the carter's in downey though, the cashiers there are friendly and always ask if I find everything OK.
