clean and nice
Customer service was not the best but I did like that they have a small table with crayons and artwork for kids to enjoy themselves while the parents shop. Next time I'll shop at the carter's in downey though, the cashiers there are friendly and always ask if I find everything OK. Update: they don't have the kid's table anymore.
