I want to give a huge thank you to Jocelyn and the manager at Carter’s for their outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to assist me after an issue occurred at anothe r location. Sabeen was very dismissive and not helpful whatsoever. I understand there are daily tasks to be completed but this should not be at the expense of the customer. If she had just took a minute to check on the two items I was looking to exchange (which were out of stock).. It would’ve saved me 30 mins of searching all over the store. I will not be back to this location. There are other Carter’s around that provide better customer service.
