on their website it says they are open, I have call so many times and its saying their closed on the phone, I'm just trying to find out when my appointment is because I've not had a conformation text come through, I was also supposed to have a call back the day before and they never called me, this keeps happening change it.
A disappointing wait for some minutes as "first in line" when I rang for a medical appointment as the link sent to me by text didn't work for me with my ancient technology. I rang about 14.00 and it might be everyone was on lunch. After some minutes I gave up and will try to make the appointment when passing. I must however compliment the practice on it's not terminating the call and the efficiency of the call tones and (slightly monotonous) voice repeating the reassurance "You are first in line"!
I submitted an online form and received a callback within 60 seconds and given an appointment for the same evening. Amazing service, thank you!
Been waiting on a medical report for 2 months still not ready yet absolute joke.
