I can't say enough good things about the staff at Carteret RV. We arrived over the 4th weekend without any A/C on our coach. I left a service request in the evening and the following morning I got a call from Tara in service. She had me bring our Fleetwood in that night for a new rooftop A/C in stall. She called me at 9:30 the following morning that the work was done and it was less than her estimated quote. The service team showed us how to use the system (our first RV) and we were off.
