Everyone who works here is super nice, helpful, and respectful. Leslie, who I see personally, is very empathetic towards my issues and she does try her best to come up with solutions for me. With that being said, everytime I've come here I wait 30 plus minutes past my appointment time...but they charge people for being late. When everything is said and done, I end up spending more time in the waiting room versus in the actual office with the doctor.
