I see Joanne Beecher-Van Horn, FNP-C and she is wonderful! The whole staff is great. The office is clean, welcoming, and in a great location. She was very attentive and competent and I would recommend Joanne to anyone!
Used to go to the Morehead one years ago and they acted like they really didn't care about you in general. So tried the one in Swansboro, same thing. Even told them the bad experience I had and they must have took that as an invite to do the same thing. Asked about an issue and they were trying to woosh me out instead of listening. So yeah both branches suck! They don't care about you at all!
Very warm and welcoming experience.
Dr. Thomas was truly so personable and listened to me as a patient. He also gave options. His personality and up beat spirit really was appreciated and made me feel comfortable
