Staff and providers could not have been more friendly and helpful. Each person I interacted with was willing to answer any questions I had and make sure I fully understood what was happening and the future plan. Could not recommend more!
they asked me too many personal questions (some of which are NONE OF THEYRE BUSINESS)!!!!!!! i was super uncomfortable with all the questions, the doctor was trying to show me and my bf her tats (we weren’t paying attention but she kept talking ab her tramp stamp and other tats). i did not care for this place if u absolutely can help it, GO ELSEWHERE
From my wife, The FNP, Joanne, took the time to explain all the different issues I was having and what caused them. She was very thorough and caring. She explained the options for treatment and answered all my questions
My only experience with this establishment is with Joanne Van Horn, FNP at the Swansboro Office. So this review is based on my appointments with her. My last appointment was in May 2025. I started going due to my Nexplanon acting up and I wanted to speak to an OB about getting my tubes tied. Joannes 1st comments towards me was about my weight and asked if I "even see a doctor regularly".
