My only experience with this establishment is with Joanne Van Horn, FNP at the Swansboro Office. So this review is based on my appointments with her. My last appointment was in May 2025. I started going due to my Nexplanon acting up and I wanted to speak to an OB about getting my tubes tied. Joannes 1st comments towards me was about my weight and asked if I "even see a doctor regularly". Everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable during my visit. I felt listened to and had all my questions answered.
The front desk was very nice! The office is very clean and comfortable inside. I would really recommend Joanne. She is amazing! She listened to me and that is definitely had to find.
From start to finish the people here were kind, professional, caring, and attentive. The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to help get me scheduled, what a great place to have in Swansboro!
