Had a great experience today at Dr Susan Vettichira’s office. The staff from the front office, to Hailee who did my nerve conduction study was friendly and professional. Dr Susan was very kind and had a calming demeanor. The icing on the cake was the Christian music and the bible displayed in the waiting room.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This facility is very outdated and dirty. The neurologist has no bedside manner at all. If you think the care team actually reads your medical record and diagnosis’s you’re wrong.

Due to pending insurance approval for a sleep study, my appointment was canceled despite completion of other required testing. Consequently, I anticipate a delay in prescription renewal without a follow-up appointment. While this is understandable, my two previous calls requesting a consultation remain unanswered. A third message has been left today; a satisfactory resolution will prompt a review update. Otherwise, please be aware of potential communication delays and a lack of patient care.
