Saw both the male and female doctors here, and the female doctor is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. She was very nice and good at her job. On the other hand, I've never been so insulted, uncomfortable, and belittled. He either shouldn't be a doctor or needs to relearn how to treat people like actual people. Due to pending insurance approval for a sleep study, my appointment was canceled despite completion of other required testing. Consequently, I anticipate a delay in prescription renewal without a follow-up appointment. While this is understandable, my two previous calls requesting a consultation remain unanswered. A third message has been left today; a satisfactory resolution will prompt a review update. Otherwise, please be aware of potential communication delays and a lack of patient care
Dr Susan Vettichira, Hallee (technician), and the front desk lady were all very pleasant/polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was seen on-time. Based on reviews on this forum, I was worried my visit would go less well. I am so happy to report I am pleased I came here today.
I don't understand all the bad reviews?? I can only give a positive review. Great staff and a wonderful doctor.
