I am a patient of Dr. Dabney for many years and have been going to her for annual and 6 month check ups. This is the first time I needed her for illness. I had my wife call her office in the afternoon and after leaving a message for the nurse we still have no return call. In the morning I will have no choice but to go to an Urgent Care. My wife called because I am hard of hearing with the phone and if I speak I have a severe hacking cough that kills my ribs. I am now under meds for Pneumonia.

I thought it was a good Doctors office, but after being there awhile I started to see alot of serious issues, I was getting billed more than once for same thing and sometimes would get bill for a appt I had with them over a year prior. The staff and the doctor were very rude to me on more than one occasion and the staff lied and said I cussed them out which never happened. They don't care about combat veterans at all and will make you feel small and stupid. If your a veteran i would stay away from this whole office.

Unfortunately this clinic fails badly at access to care and patient care experience. Although Dr. Dabney was accepting new patients, the practice uses a stringent method to screen people and decide whether they will accept you as a patient. Is this good practice?
