Having to make the difficult decision to move my husband to assisted living accommodations, ALL the staff made him feel welcomed from the very beginning. Carteret House offered cost effective excellent care while helping smooth the transition.
I actually work in healthcare, and I am astounded and appalled at the lack of professionalism exhibited today by the Director Sharon Harvey at this facility. Ms Harvey is an example of someone who should not hold this position caring for the elderly. Ms Harvey lacks basic understanding of HIPPA protocols, and maintains extremely poor ethics and standards for people of our aging population who deserve more! Carteret House is a hedge fund owned entity masquerading as a healthcare assisted living facility for our loved ones!
Our team works along side the team at Carteret House and the care they are providing is refreshing compared to some others out there. The standards are set and follow through is outstanding!
The administrator is very friendly and cares about her residents! You can tell, because the quality of care from all of these staff members is unmatched!
