I can't even get seen. My appointments always get canceled. I've been one time.
Been coming here for at least seven years. Never did I experience what I did today. Those two receptionists (first time I’ve seen either of them) up front were rude, nasty, and the one with glasses, my god, find you another job because this isn’t for you! Incredibly rude. You disgust me. I will not be returning. And before I receive some BS generic response from the office, save it and give those two a training on how to treat patients!
I truly love Jordan Collins & all the staff. Very professional, listens, very informative, gives the best referrals. I highly recommend this place & their Morehead City office is too.
Dr. Burnham and her team are phenomenal. I have never had a negative experience with them in the last two years I’ve been with them. I highly recommend!
The staff nurse I spoke to had ZERO KNOWLEDGE about a very important health screening test. She didn't even care to look into it to see if it could be performed at their clinic. I cancelled my appointment immediately because I am looking for a healthcare provider who genuinely cares for patients and will listen to my concerns. Her lack of knowledge was concerning, but her attitude and unprofessionalism was appalling.
