Im upset, I went to a salon for the first time in like three years and overall the service was good (as in they were nice and polite) but she failed to understand what I wanted and cut off a chunk of my hair where I didn’t want it cut off and after correcting her she did nothing to fix it. I went home with the bottom of my hair choppy and uneven, I saw her cut it off and yes it was upsetting but it was an accident so I wasn’t going to make a big deal out of it but going home, putting my hair up and seeing how uneven she left... read more
