I called today and just like every other time I call, the people there are so friendly and helpful. Mrs Mary Elizabeth helped me today and she was great! Great electric company!!!
The prices of this company is disrespectful , just as much as the people. I am home MAYBE 4-5 hrs a day.. my thermostat doesn’t leave 70… the lady on the phone suggested I leave my thermostat on 68 in the winter and 72 in the summer… Basically suggesting to be uncomfortable in my own home JUST to keep my bill reasonable!!! IF I HAD THE OPTION TO SWITCH ELECTRIC COMPANIES I WOULD. The customer service is AWFUL. I work in customer service over the phone DAILY. If she worked where I do, this would not pass.
