I was a little surprised that my coil went out on a brand new ac and heating unit with in an 18 month period. It was covered under warranty and I had to pay a labor fee that I wasn't expecting to pay this soon but they worked with me. So far everything is working as should I just hope the coil holds up longer this time.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. Twice we was told that they where coming to repair our unit never showed or even gave us a courtesy call to say they was unable to make it. We always had to call multiple times to just check the status of the repair or even parts supposedly ordered. When the tech finally came he had his child with him to do the repair.
