Amazing service- every time. I’ve been going to Carter VW since 2008 when I got my first Tiguan and I lived in Ballard. When I traded that kind in for a new one in 2015, got to work with Zach Clemmens— who was amazing to work with!! Anytime I need to bring my car in for service (maintenance or otherwise) they set me up with a loaner right away. They make everything so simple, I’m always able to be in and out right away..
