I was involved in a MVA on 09/02/2016 & have had neck & back pain. I already feel SO much better after only one visit. CranioSacral Therapy is the BEST & Shelley is very good! She is excellent at explaining what she will be doing & why & making sure you are comfortable with what is happening. Seriously, my body has not been this relaxed in a LONG time! Thank you Shelley!
