Why was I told, a year ago (2020) that Sue Carter had retired?....
I had been a patient here for several years. I called Monday November 13, 2017 to make an appt. The lady on the phone told me she had an available appointment tomorrow at 2pm. I said I would take it. Got to my 2pm appt.on Tuesday November 14th at about 150pm. The lady tells me the appt is tomorrow. I know for sure the lady said that day, but I said okay and left. Today is the 15th.
