Never been more creeped out by a bunch of sales guys then at this place. I left abruptly, and went to Walker's Renton subaru. I'm really glad I didn't buy a car from these guys.
FYI- when you make an "appointment" you still have to wait 2.5 hours and they don't tell you that until the text reminder you get the day of your appointment.
I was not very impressed with the service I received and would probably not recommend using their services unless you have too. I brought my car in for the 6,000 maintenance check up. When I came to pick my car up and got into my vehicle after paying, I noticed that my glove compartment was laying on the ground of my passenger seat. When I went in and asked for help with this they came out to check and noticed that not only was the glove compartment not put back, but the filter that goes behind it was missing as well. Seemed to be a rude encounter. I called for a quick question and Corbin/Corvin answered and responded, and then it seemed like they immediately hung up after answering the question with "no" It's possible the call dropped but I had good signal.
