Update since i posted my comment: On 011026, Carter's service supervisor Mr. B called and apologized for the unfortunate incident I encountered. Original comment posted on 010226: I made an appointment for oil change in advance, and was given 11-13-25. I dropped off the car at the appointed time of 1PM. Ann, the advisor, let me know it would take roughly 1.5 hours. She also knew i would be waiting on site for the car. Friendly staff but a simple oil change could take up to 1.5 hours to complete.
I made an appointment for oil change in advance, and was given 11-13-25. I dropped off the car at the appointed time of 1PM. Ann, the advisor, let me know it would take roughly 1.5 hours. She also knew i would be waiting on site for the car. Around 2:20 i went up to the counter to check on it...was told that the mechanics were in a meeting and there was 2 cars ahead of me. What? Was promised that they will top off windshield wiper fluid. “We will at least do that” said the service advisor. Guess what, wasn’t done, I specifically mentioned it and was promised it would be done, yet it is not done. Also oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours. Would not recommend. The report will say they did everything but actually not done? How can you trust the work?
