Carter & Sons Roofing responded quickly and professionally after a tropical storm caused a leak near our chimney. They had replaced our roof before, so I asked them to check if the storm had caused any damage. Maurice came out and found that the issue was probably with the chimney’s pointing, which was pretty worn out. We had a leak coming in through the roof vent above our microwave and had several people come out to take a look. Most of them gave us expensive estimates and couldn’t figure out what was really causing the problem. Then Maurice from the roofing company in New Brunswick checked the vent and spotted right away that it had been installed upside down. When my air went out during the roof work, Maurice helped me find a contractor for that as well. They also replaced my gutter system and fixed some damaged cornice and soffit.
