Great service from Carter & Sons Roofers Llc, with quality roofing materials, solid workmanship, and a crew that was prompt, on time, and professional. From the first call to the final invoice, Jaden handled every detail and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and patiently. Our home had hail damage on the roof and needed a full replacement. Carter & Sons Roofers Llc handled the job from start to finish in a very smooth and professional way. The adjuster agreed with the assessment, which made the claim process much easier for us. He also helped us pick the right shingles for the new roofing system and explained the options in simple terms, ... read more

Within a short time, Bennett and Colby followed up with a fair, reasonable estimate and clearly explained the scope of work. We also needed some wood repair, including fascia and part of a rafter on one side of the house, and Colby worked with the crew right away so... read more

I’m not easy to win over, so I spent a lot of time comparing roofers, meeting with reps for free estimates, and learning what really makes a roof system worth the money before choosing Carter & Sons Roofers Llc. I was genuinely impressed by how clearly everything was explained, from roofing materials and shingle options to the difference between builder-grade products and upgrades that truly add value. Colby took the time to walk me through it all in simple terms, and that made the decision much easier. I ended up going with... read more
