Impossibly to reach someone in the office, and when you leave a message to schedule an appointment, you never receive a call back
1st visit Doctor Kevin was thorough, professional, and quick. Allowed me to get back to workday. Assistance at check-in and check out were respectful and kind. I can’t ask for more. I filled out all my paperwork before the visit, online which made it easy.
Current as of 2024.... I should have taken the warning signs from the low star rating but decided I needed to make my own conclusion. Avoid Dr. Kevin Cater at all costs and go somewhere else to receive care for your sleep issues. I have the inspire implant and and do not trust this doctor. I have closed the door to them and I'm hoping to save future military vets from the same experience. I reported them to the VA as well. This is just my experience
