Had Carter’s come out to pump our tank back in April 2020. Apparently, the guy only pumped out the water and left a majority of the solids behind. Had a different company come out and it took them 2 hours to get all of it out and said that it shouldn’t have been so compacted. I wouldn’t recommend Cater’s. Would say that you should take your business to N. Buncombe Septic.
Great service, professional, on time, and informative on how to detect future problems. And fair priced. I'd recommend them and would use them again.

Brian Carter, the owner personally monitored the repair of my septic system. He quickly evaluated the situation and saved me 10’s of thousands it would have cost me to hookup to the city and pay monthly for their service. I thank Brian everyday for his professionalism and believe me it is nasty work.
