Chester came to our rescue! We broke down on 95 and literally within minutes Chester arrived, towed us to the shop and fixed our car. We were on our way to DC for a school field trip and really didn’t want to be late. Chester got the part we needed in the middle of a snow storm and worked on our car until he finished at 7 pm. We are so grateful for his kindness and generosity.

Carter’s is the worst service you can possibly ever get !!!!!! Made us sit in front of his shop all day long to tell us we had to wait two days. He said he would try to do the best he can but wasn’t even 100% sure he can get the part LOST A FULL DAY of work and luckily, I was able to find somebody that USED to work for him that did the job in 30 minutes because he was too lazy to do it don’t ever go here!!!! charge me over $600 for 10 minute ride
