Only if Doctors understood how important the office staff is… the people who call your office to make appointments are struggling mentally and emotionally. To top it off your office helps children and teenagers going through difficult times. The least you can do is to be kind. 3 times I have called in 3 different days and got the same unhappy person who at the end said “you’re welcome” and hung up the phone before I could even say good bye.
