It’s unbelievable how nice our remodeled pool and deck look - thanks to Juan and Carter Pools. Juan’s team is amazing. Costa and his helper installed gorgeous glass tile and splitface around the inside of our pool and beautiful travertine coping around the exterior. Mateo and his crew did a great job resurfacing the pool and Antonio and his crew did a fantastic job installing travertine on the pool/lanai deck. Our initial experience with Carter Pools was great. Decided to do a one year follow up review after broken promises and a crappy looking pool. We had our pool resurfaced as you can see in the pictures it looks horrible. We followed all of their directions on how to maintain it, brush it to "guarantee" it would come out stunning. When actually it is nothing but an embarrassment. Our pool we leaking despite repairs and the decking around it had settled pretty badly. We were at the point of either filling in the pool or re-doing it. I called Carter Pools and Juan discussed options for refurbishing our pool. Juan and his team did a great job with travertine pavers, deco drains and resurfacing the pool. For the first time in years we are looking forward to swimming season. He kept us up to date on what work would be happening, who would be working and what to expect.
