I signed up for Forever Aligned Club membership thinking I’d have access to retainers for 5 years after treatment. That’s the selling point of Forever Aligned. Ease, access, and convenience in maintaining your teeth’s placement. So, why was I just told I cannot order replacement retainers because there are no dental scans on file to replace them? Horrible experience. Orthodontist not even present in office when you have scheduled appointment. Horrible staff manner and botch job. Do not recommend
Braces is great everybody is so nice and great and this is the Augusta location they are awesome and great service
