We would highly recommend Dr. Carters office. Everyone there made this a very comfortable experience for my little son he is 10 years old and has went through multiple mouth surgeries so he does not like going to a dentist at all and is scared they all made him feel welcome and at home they kept in mind of his feelings the whole time and I'm so grateful for that it made the appointment so much easier. I signed up for Forever Aligned Club membership thinking I’d have access to retainers for 5 years after treatment. That’s the selling point of Forever Aligned. Ease, access, and convenience in maintaining your teeth’s placement. So, why was I just told I cannot order replacement retainers because there are no dental scans on file to replace them?
