Hard working environment
Everyone at Carter Orthodontics has always been wonderful to us since we started the treatment. Nice staff great customer service.
I’ve been coming to this office for over a year now, and I almost never feel welcome when I walk in the doors. The staff is usually very cold towards me, especially when I go without my mother. I also sense a lack of confidence in the staff, which makes me very nervous when I am being treated. There is one woman in there that never fails to make me feel welcome, shout out to Meagan!!
