Great service on my ATV and communication.
They won’t work on bikes that are older than 15 years, but otherwise are great! I got a tire tube replaced and found that that staff were friendly and helpful in both the service and apparel departments. Needed some small parts, as my bike is an ‘05 and they wouldn’t remount the wheel, but they gave me what I needed free of charge (some axel grease and a pin). I would take away 1 star as they won’t work on “older bikes”, but the staff did what they could while respecting store policy.
I recently bought a motorcycle at Carter, and the team was super helpful and friendly. Joel and Anthony made sure that I was always taken care of, and overall it was a great experience every step of the way. If I am looking to buy another motorcycle in the future Carter will definitely be one of my first stops.
