The cat truck shop is awesome!
I was going to rent an equipment for a month, Called about a month ahead to make reservation , called again 2 weeks prior to pick up just to make sure I was good to pick up on scheduled day. Called once again 2 days before pick up( they said we were good to go) Called the day before pick up to let them know i was ready for pick up and they told me they didn’t have the equipment available anymore. First associate I called hung up on me and then called back and the next associate was rude. When asking why they wouldn’t rent to me with out a business account I definitely felt like I was being patronized and getting little boy’d. Will gladly never give them my business.

I had a great experience. Fred Cole and Jeff (the mechanic) went above and beyond to get me a hammer and machine that I needed asap .
