Came here looking for help for my machine even though it’s not CAT, staff was helpful and I found out Carter rents tons of non-cat machines. Which is great cuz I have a big job coming up that I’ll need to rent some lifts for.
You get what you pay for and Cat is for top notch business owners. We only own two Cat skid steers but I have always felt as though we are treated like a multimillion dollar corporation. The guys at the Fishersville Location have been very professional and responsive. From parts to service I give them 5 stars. Big shout out to Brian and all the guys in the service department for going above and beyond for us. Only CAT. Little variety, little desire to serve above and beyond. Friendly, but helpless. Unless it's a CAT, you're better off looking elsewhere. Literally anywhere else!
