Unfortunately it has been consistently bad experience. First the rep took 4 months just to bring replacement window screens. The next project was to install screen doors and again the same rep dropped the ball after months of back and forth and promises went missing in action. I eventually lost the energy to work with him. I would’ve given one star except that he was a nice guy even if completely unreliable.

Carter lumber operates on a different level. I’ve worked with two local competitors for small stuff and tried for bigger jobs, but nobody could fulfill my needs. Ricky Bise and Mike Kelly have been instrumental when it comes to ensuring a smooth process. They’ve educated me on details I was unaware of and expedited things when I need a bit of extra help.
