We ordered lumber here for our new deck. After installing and a few months later, the deck boards became stained with black streaks all over. At first, Carter was open to hearing us out and sent out their supplier. When their supplier arrived, they agreed that the stains were their fault - something about there being iron in the wood that reacted with their treatment and reported that they would discuss a solution for us with Carter.
