Rod at Carter Lumber was wonderful! He ensured that my newly built home had the siding redone, due to a defect in the product. He was constantly in touch to keep me updated as to where in the process we were. I so appreciate his work ethic and helpfulness. The guys who came out to put up the new siding were wonderful as well. They worked for 3 days straight (full days) to get the job done. My new home looks amazing. Thank you so much.

Keith at Carter Lumber was very helpful with my bathroom remodeling project. He made time for me when I asked for assistance with cabinet design, planning cabinetry and counter top replacement. Keith was responsive with emails, especially when I needed replacement parts. The KraftMaid cabinets are high quality at an affordable price. I would recommend working with Keith and choosing this product.

He searched for our supplies during a time when many materials were on back order and found exactly what we needed to keep our timeline for our project. He even came to our job site twice and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed! Thank you
