Subpar product and terrible service. We had a pergola built recently. The first load of wood had a few bad pieces. Understandable, they were eventually replaced. When they were, the driver just pulled the pieces off the back and then just drove away. It was only 10-12 pieces and could have been done by hand. Then, when they eventually came back to get the bad pieces they should've picked up before, they used a forklift. These were not large pieces. Worse lumber than Lowes. Cracked, bent, twisted. Absolutely horrible.
