He hasn’t returned any of my calls or emails. Never once had a conversation or even laid eyes on the man. I don’t know any details about my case and I have plenty of unanswered questions. Please someone return my calls or answer the phone.

Just as another reviewer mentioned. The lady that answered the phone is very unprofessional. I called knowing I’m not the client and I advised her that I knew that but I wanted to see if Mr. Carter would be working tomorrow 7/3 or until Monday. I wanted to see if I could hire his services but the time if he was in tomorrow or not mattered as I needed to weigh my options. Very disappointed with how unprofessional this firm has been. I started calling on Monday and each time was told, “the attorney isn’t in the office right now, but I can leave a message.” It is now Friday, and I still have not received a single call back or any form of follow-up. Wilvin J. Carter best attorney in Houston. He kept his word on dismissing one of my main cases but on top of that dismissed two more of my cases as well. What can I say he is a Superman foreal.
