The receptionist I reached was less than friendly or helpful...when I asked if I should or could speak to someone to help me decide if I have a case she said well they are all at lunch I could have someone call you tomorrow...I said well that would be too late to answer my question. She just said well ok..in a very non concerned, completely apathetic voice. I said I guess I will have to call another law firm then since you will not help me...to which she replied "ok". Really disappointed in this process.
