Fantastic attorney.
Worthless, seemingly dishonest. I contacted Hampton July 24, 2018, saying I needed a legal fee expert, and someone to review claims against a lawyer. On August 6 he told me to provide a deposit of $1,200, and I did, and I emailed him an arbitration reply and said I needed to revise it by August 13. Hampton called me August 11, said he never got my August 7 email, but he did, and so knew nothing about my case, then spent 2.5 hours pontificating about Texas law, with folksy B.S. like: "I'm not going to sit here and blow smoke ... read more
