Carter helped us out with a very difficult property situation. He patiently kept us on his board (for nearly two years) and checked in on us regularly until we were in a position to move forward. Our property sold within hours of listing, over asking, and with multiple bidders. There were some hiccups along the way to closing, but Carter's invaluable experience and expertise kept us assured and on track.
