Great treatment and nice guy to boot
Dr. Carter contines to be a very knowledgeable and highly detailed physician. He used to run the USF Rheumatology Department and is now running his own practice. I feel so fortunate to have found him. He cares deeply and strives to elevate every experience with patients.
I highly recommend Dr Carter. He is very attentive, personable which is refreshing! He answered all my questions, I didn't feel rushed and his staff is great too! What more could a patient want!
