After rescheduling my appointment today with another provider ( not even Dr.Carter himself ) I received a call and was told that I am being let go as a patient and labeled non compliant. I was also told I had multiple no shows - which is not true. I was hospitalized for 2 months due to blood clots from lupus and had to reschedule 1 appointment and the 2nd appointment was rescheduled today. 0 no shows to this office. I had a negative experience with this medical practice. The front desk staff were unprofessional and inefficient. I was sent back and forth to my primary doctor three times to revise my referral due to poor communication from the office. As a result, I never received an appointment with the doctor. What should have taken one day dragged on for two weeks with no resolution. Additionally, I never received a follow-up call.
