I had a negative experience with this medical practice. The front desk staff were unprofessional and inefficient. I was sent back and forth to my primary doctor three times to revise my referral due to poor communication from the office. As a result, I never received an appointment with the doctor. Just started going to Dr. Carter and already very impressed by his approach. He listens intently, and explains his logic and treatment plans thoroughly and thoughfully - which is so appreciated. Often times, doctors just expect you to rely on their expertise and trust what they are saying or doing. In and out in 10 minutes. Dr. Carter has no problem listening to your concerns or questions - and has no problem sharing insights with you. It's especially imporant when dealing with auto-immune issues. He is located in the area I grew up in. I am careful about which doctors I trust because my little brother died due to a doctor’s mistake.
