Dr. Carter contines to be a very knowledgeable and highly detailed physician. He used to run the USF Rheumatology Department and is now running his own practice. I feel so fortunate to have found him. He cares deeply and strives to elevate every experience with patients.
I highly recommend Dr Carter. He is very attentive, personable which is refreshing! He answered all my questions, I didn't feel rushed and his staff is great too! What more could a patient want!

I cannot say enough excellent things about my experience with Dr. Carter and his entire office staff. The front desk was so pleasant and welcoming and made me feel so at ease. They also always answer the phones when you call and are so helpful. The young gentleman who was the medical assistant was so caring and kind. He was very thorough and also made sure I felt at ease.
