With some hesitation I made an appointment with Carter Imaging because of some really bad reviews. Well, my experience was totally the opposite. Everyone was friendly and professional. My MRI was fairly stressful, and I was super glad that I chose smooth jazz for my music. Perfect. The half hour MRI scan was a bit of a challenge but all the great people made the biggest difference you might imagine.
Made an appt at Carter Imaging and it was a total nightmare, and then I found out your talking to someone in the Philippines, I had to have a supervisor finally complete my appts. After these appointments I will be using our alternative radiology company.
I have never had any problems with the staff here. They have always been friendly and very Professional. Thanks for your great work.
The worst customer service we have seen in our lifetime!They NEVER answer the phone even after being on hold forever.They do not return messages.If you go there they say they cannot help you or set-up an appointment and are quite rude.These are many times very sensitive and dangerous situations if not dealt with in a timely manner.Shame on you and Canyon Vista.I would leave NO stars if I could.Go to Bisbee or Tucson where they will actually care about you.Avoid here.
RecommendedHUGE RAVE for Carter Imaging Center. Went there for an MRI. They were able to get me in early which is unheard of in the medical industry (usually you aren't even seen until after your appointment time). Briana and Tina were AMAZING!! They were very friendly, professional and made the experience perfect. Tina was very gentle when giving the contrast shot for my MRI as I told her I didn't like needles. Truly great experience!
I'm really claustrophobic and was panicking knowing that I was going to be placed in a tube. The ladies working there were wonderful and made the experience very pleasant for me. My feet were slightly elevated and I had a pillow under my head which made me feel better. They also gave me headphones and I got to listen to country music the entire time.
