Really bad experience, I booked the appointment 9:15am for regular 3rd service of my car (even i bought car from them). I drop off my car 20 minutes before the appointment and when I came back after 2 hours I saw my car in parking lot and they didn't even touch it for the service. It's not even worth to book appointment. I came here from Abbotsford for the service. I will not recommend this service centre.
I had a great experience with purchasing a new car at Carter Honda. Mori and Amir were very warm and kind, and they made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Ali and Kadi also did a great job explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions clearly. Overall, the service was excellent and friendly. I highly recommend them :)
A few days ago, I came here for an oil change and filter replacement. My car was ready in the shortest time possible, and the cost was much lower than other places. This was despite the fact that they didn’t have my car’s oil in stock and had to order it. The customer service was also outstanding.
