Thea is a really nice representative. My car had to jump start the day before, when I brought the car to Cater Honda, she arranged checking for my car right away and was honest about the situation of the battery. I didn’t have to replace it, just recharge! I love the car service too. Thank you:)
Brought the car in for the fuel pump recall and AC issue. They replaced the fuel pump and order the AC condenser for repair, hopefully they will be able to replace it soon! Thea was great, kept in contact via text. Always good to bring the car in!
My car purchase experience at Carter Honda was fantastic – honestly the smoothest I've ever had. I bought a 2024 Honda Civic at a great price, and my salesman named Sagar, provided excellent assistance from start to finish. However, my experience with Carter Honda's Service Department was the absolute worst. They aggressively push unnecessary services and dishonour promotional coupons unless you agree to an overpriced full service package. Charging $340 for an oil change and tire rotation is outrageous.
