I've been a loyal customer here for years, and while the front staff is always friendly and welcoming, I'm disappointed by the quality of work and lack of thoroughness. Worse customer service I received in very long time. Everyone very friendly when you making an appointment and walk in but after not agreeing on things, everything changes. I wanted see my car as they informed me that there is axle leak and got refused. I was explained to that they cannot do it because of safety and insurance purposes. Extremely knowledgeable Honda dealership. They were able to diagnose my 2018 accord correctly after having the car at another dealership spending $1500 to replace fuel injectors that did not fix the problem. Technician here took the time needed to troubleshoot and came to a conclusion.
