Excellent service
The staff at Carter Honda were amazing, especially Payam and Mori. I’m very happy with the service and glad I had the chance to make a deal with them.
I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Honda Carter. The sales team does not have your best interest in mind. Director of finance Cherryl Salanguit initially offered us a 10% finance rate (insane), claiming it was based on our credit - which is excellent. She insisted they couldn’t go lower. First service with Carter Honda after purchasing CPO CRV back in February. Free oil change was a bonus. Service adviser Wes was very helpful and explained everything to me. Very satisfied.
