The employees at Carter Honda were extremely helpful in assisting my family getting into a new vehicle after someone crashed into my previously leased CR-V. Doug, Daren, and Chetan provided the best customer service I've ever had, really going above and beyond to smooth out any wrinkles dealing with switching to a new lease and handling ICBC bureaucracy. I just bought a Honda Civic 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it! The car drives smoothly, looks amazing, and feels great on the road.
